French Country Furniture Direct will refund 100% of your product purchase amount should you be dissatisfied. Simply call or email us for a return authorization number and instructions. Please notify us within 24 hrs of your delivery. Although we sometimes offer free shipping and discounted shipping prices in the event of a return the buyer is reponsible for all shipping charges incured.
We are committed to making sure you are satisfied with our products. Your order is inspected prior to shipment to ensure all items are in excellent condition before they leave our facilities. Although our products are packaged securely to prevent any damage it is possible that in rare cases damages may occur during shipment.
Before signing for the shipment inspect the carton and contents. Should you notice any damage, please note it on the bill of lading.
If you are unable to inspect the contents at the time of delivery, make a notation on the bill of lading that there appears to be some damage to the contents and that you were not able to inspect the contents before signing. Please note our furniture is hand made and distressed to recreate the look, beauty and character of an antique, the solid wood will have nicks, bows, splits and other imperfections that will add to the uniqueness of each item. Such imperfections can not be considered damage or flaws in the product.
